In a heartwarming gesture of support, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Trade, Cooperatives, Micro, SMEs, and Communications, Manoa Kamikamica, along with Vuvale Outsourcing and Lowes Menswear, made a generous donation of $1.5 million worth of brand-new children’s clothing to the students of Ro Camaisala Memorial School in Nabukavesi this morning.
This collaboration, also involving the Suva-based business, marks a significant partnership between local and international entities.
DPM Kamikamica highlighted the importance of such investments in diversifying the economy and creating new employment opportunities in Fiji.
“The future of our economy lies in embracing partnerships that bring sustainable growth. Today’s donation and these kinds of collaborations help ensure that our children have the tools they need to thrive,” said DPM Kamikamica.
Encouraging the students to dream big and aim high, he reminded them that “Every great leader and entrepreneur started as a student. With hard work and perseverance, you can achieve anything.”
