Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka called for continued cordial relationship between the government and the Republic of Fiji Military Forces.
The head of government made an official visit to the RFMF today, almost a year after getting into office.
The Prime Minister was accorded a guard of honour and a traditional welcoming ceremony by senior members of the RFMF.
Rabuka is happy with government’s relationship with the RFMF and congratulated the Force Commander for his leadership.
The aim of the visit is centered on fostering a stronger understanding between the government and RFMF while highlighting the collaborative efforts towards the nation’s security and well-being of Fiji and all Fijians.
The Prime Minister also visited the Naval Base in Walu Bay.
