Outsource Fiji, alongside Investment Fiji and the Fiji Consulate General and Trade Commission Australia and New Zealand, participated in the Contact Centre Week Australia and New Zealand summit, held at the STAR Gold Coast from 28 February to 1 March.
The event brought together over 50 customer management experts and more than 200 industry attendees for exhibitions, discussions and networking sessions.
Sagufta Janif, Outsource Fiji’s Executive Director, highlights the importance of the summit for promoting their upcoming event, the Exploring Outsourcing in Fiji (EXO Fiji) conference.
Daniel Stow, Fiji’s Trade Commissioner for Australia and New Zealand, expressed pride in supporting Outsource Fiji at the event, emphasising Fiji’s potential as an outsourcing destination.
Kamal Chetty, CEO of Investment Fiji, stressed the significance of showcasing Fiji’s advantages and opportunities in the outsourcing sector at the CCW summit.
The event provided Outsource Fiji with a platform to promote EXO Fiji and establish Fiji as a premier outsourcing destination.
