The ultimate day trip for Fijian Drua team fans is locked and loaded for Round 14 of Super Rugby Pacific 2024, with fans travelling to Dunedin for the day to watch their team play the Highlanders at Forsyth Barr Stadium on Sunday, 26 May.

A Fiji Airways charter flight will bring passionate Fijian Drua fans to Dunedin on a truly memorable pilgrimage to support their team when they face off with the Highlanders under the roof.

Dunedin Airport Chief Executive, Dan de Bono, is excited to welcome Fijian Airways and the special passengers it will bring to Dunedin. “This one-off flight is the result of the special relationship forged between Dunedin Airport and aviation partner Fijian Airways, which created this opportunity to celebrate the connection between our communities.”

“With Drua fans making themselves heard from the stands, the competition will be fierce; there is nothing quite like having the support of your most passionate fans when you are playing away from home,” says Dunedin Venues Commercial Manager, Rachael Jenkins.
