The Methodist Lay Training Centre’s group coordinator to the 13th Pacific Festival of Arts and Culture Laisiasa Veikoso has clarified accusations made against him regarding the handling of student allowances for FestPac.
Veikoso has refuted the claims and hopes to set the record straight.
The Methodist Lay training Center commonly known as MLTC has been receiving positive feedback for their first few performances at the FestPac stage.
However prior to the festival there were questions raised on how the group was chosen. Group coordinator Laisiasa Veikoso explains.
Accusations were also made regarding the handling of student allowances.
Veikoso has responded to those claims stating there was an agreement made for logistical purposes.
Veikoso also confirmed that this is the youth group’s first international tour and they hope to make Fiji proud.
The traveling group consists of 1st year to 3rd year students of MLTC participating in the traditional sing and dance category.
