The rugby sevens match schedule for the Olympic Games Paris 2024 has been unveiled for what promises to be a coming-of-age tournament for the sport on the Olympic stage.

The men’s competition will take place on 24, 25 and 27 July, when the first team sport gold medal of the Games will be awarded to the men’s rugby sevens champions.

The Fiji Men’s team will take on Uraguay, USA and France in their pool matches.

The equally highly anticipated women’s tournament follows on 28-30 July.

The Women’s team will take on Canada, China and New Zealand.

All the action will take place at the iconic Stade de France, with a full house of 69,000 fans expected.
