LPG prices have also changed:
These changes reflect factors such as international refined fuel prices, freight rates and exchange rate movements based on July 2024 imports.
Specifically, increased costs in motor spirit and premix and decreased costs in kerosene and diesel, are due to shifts in international prices and currency exchange rates. LPG price increases are attributed to constant butane contract prices, higher freight costs and a stronger USD against the FJD.
FCCC will monitor compliance with these prices through inspections and encourages consumers to report unfair practices.
