The country’s first Graduate Business Start-Up Grant Scheme was launched yesterday to support graduates with innovative business ideas.
The initiative provides financial assistance, training and capacity-building to help participants start and grow their businesses.
Managed by the Tertiary Scholarships & Loans Service and backed by the Fiji Commerce & Employers Federation, the program is targeting to equip graduates with the skills and confidence to succeed in business.
Education Minister, Aseri Radrodro congratulated the 25 selected graduates, stressing the importance of collaboration between the government and private sector to develop a thriving business environment.
