A fresh cohort of 151 recruits has officially joined the Republic of Fiji Military Forces (RFMF) Force Training Group last week, marking the start of their Basic Recruit Training journey.
The new entrants completed their oath of allegiance today and were assigned regimental numbers and standard military kits as they prepare for formal training to commence next week.
Prior to acceptance, each recruit underwent a rigorous selection process involving interviews and comprehensive medical evaluations.
The Basic Recruit Course is structured to instill foundational military discipline, physical endurance, and essential combat skills required for effective service in the RFMF.
