David Heritage and Ratu Osea Levula have changed their plea again to not guilty in the Lautoka High Court.
This is in relation to a case in which nine individuals are facing charges related to the importation and possession of 4.15 tonnes of methamphetamine, seized in Legalega, Nadi, in January 2024.
However, Cathy Tuirabe Bainisavu and Sakiusa Tuva, who also pleaded guilty last week, have maintained their guilty plea.
The summary of facts for all four was read out in court today.
It was indicated in court that the trial will proceed today despite the change of plea.
