The man allegedly involved in the assault of a woman inside a shop in Ba earlier this month has been charged and produced in court.
The incident, which occurred on September 2, 2026, was captured on video.
The accused has been charged with one count of assault causing actual bodily harm and one count of damaging property.
He appeared before the Ba Magistrates Court on September 4 and was granted bail.
The matter remains before the court.
