Vision Investments Limited has reported stronger financial results for the year ended March 2026.

The Group recorded an 8.2 percent increase in revenue to 241.7 million dollars, while profit before tax rose 16.6 percent to 23.5 million dollars.

Net profit after tax also increased by 15.8 percent to 17.7 million dollars, while earnings per share improved from a restated 14.71 cents to 17.03 cents.

Vision Investments Limited CEO Niraj Bhartu highlighted that the results demonstrate the resilience of the Group’s diversified business model despite softer consumer demand, rising operating costs and global uncertainty.

“FY2026 demonstrated the resilience of our diversified business model. Despite softer consumer demand, rising operating costs and ongoing global uncertainty, the group achieved record turnover, improved profitability, and continued investing for long-term growth” Bhartu highlighted.

Shareholders’ equity increased by 5.2 percent to 241.8 million dollars, while total assets rose by 6.1 percent to 314.1 million dollars.

The Group invested 9.7 million dollars in capital expenditure during the year, including retail expansion, new automotive facilities, manufacturing upgrades and sustainability initiatives.

Bhartu added that the investments are aimed at strengthening the Group’s operations and supporting future growth.

“Collectively, these investments are intended to enhance customer experience, improve productivity, strengthen returns on capital, and support sustainable long-term growth” he said.
