The 2026 R.C. Manubhai Fiji Golf Open concluded on a high note at the Fiji Golf Club over the weekend, attracting more than 100 golfers from around the country for two days of competition, sportsmanship and camaraderie.

Despite challenging weather conditions, approximately 106 golfers took to the course, showcasing determination and resilience throughout the tournament. After a closely contested competition, Seresio Colailago emerged as the overall champion, while Nitulesh Mali finished as runner-up.

The tournament once again highlighted the continued support of R.C. Manubhai for sports development in Fiji. The company has a long history of backing golf, including its sponsorship of the Ba Golf Club Open for more than 56 years, making it one of the Pacific’s longest-running private sports sponsorships.

R.C. Manubhai Group CEO Dr. Uppiliappan Gopalan congratulated the players and acknowledged all those involved in delivering the event. He said the tournament brought together golfers from diverse backgrounds while promoting the values of sportsmanship, perseverance and unity.
