ANZ Fiji has officially opened its new Lami Lending Centre, at the Lami Plaza, providing customers with easier access to home lending expertise, personalised banking services and digital banking support.
The new centre has been established in response to changing customer banking behaviours, with more customers choosing digital and self-service banking options for simple banking needs while seeking specialist support for more complex financial needs.
The Lami Lending Centre will provide customers with services including customer onboarding, home and personal lending assistance, digital banking registrations, card issuance and financial wellbeing support.
Sarah Stubbings, ANZ Regional Executive, Pacific said the new centre reflects ANZ’s continued investment in improving how customers access specialist banking services.
Stubbings says the way customers bank continues to evolve, with more people choosing digital channels for their everyday transactions while seeking personalised support for important financial decisions such as buying a home or securing finance.
She says the new Lending Centre allows them to spend more time with customers, understand their needs and connect them with the specialist support they need to achieve their goals.
ANZ Fiji Country Head and Head of Commercial Banking Pacific, Sohaib Mahmood said the centre would improve convenience and accessibility for customers in the greater Suva area.
