Isoa Baselala, a 14-year-old who hails from Kadavu is amongst 16 elite players selected for the first Football Association Academy at Labasa.
The academy marks a significant milestone in the Fiji Football Association’s efforts to nurture young talent.
Baselala, recognised for his skill, discipline and composure on the field, earned his spot after impressive performances in youth competitions.
For him, joining the academy is a dream come true and a stepping stone towards representing Fiji internationally.
