Defending MacDonald Coral Coast 7s Youth Division champions Dominion Brothers have booked a spot in the quarter finals after winning both of their pool games.
Also in the running for a spot in the 1/4 final is the Japan U-18 side after they defeated Village Boys by 24 points to 14 this morning.
Another overseas based youth side SunnyBank is also through to the quarterfinals after beating Saunaka by 17 points to 15.
The youth division quarterfinals will start at 3.30pm this afternoon.
In the womens division NZ Women 7s team and Mount Masada are the favourites.
The Fiji 7s team, Australia Select 7s and NZ 7s team are the top seed team in the mens division.
The Mike Friday Selectio, Drua 7s, Manu Samoa, Ratu Filise and BLK Lavidi will need to win their remaining pool game to qualify for the quarterfinals.
