Digicel Fiji is upgrading their mobile broadband to 5G network.
This was announced at the launch of Digicel’s first 5G experience centre yesterday, 24 April.
Digicel Pacific Regional Chief Executive Officer, Shally Jannif, said gamers can test their capabilities with devices that are powered by 5G.
She acknowledged Communications Minister Manoa Kamikamica, whose support ensured that Fijians get access to best technologies.
Ms Jannif said that 5G network is not only about the gaming but also for better streaming and downloading.
