The Fijian Drua Women will head into Saturday’s Super Rugby Women’s Grand Final with an unchanged 23-player squad as they prepare for a historic title clash on home soil.

Head Coach Mike Legge has retained the same side that secured victory in last week’s semi-final, backing the group to deliver in what will be the biggest match in the club’s history.

The final will mark the first time Fiji has hosted a Super Rugby Women’s Grand Final, with Four R Stadium in Ba set to stage the competition’s showpiece event. The Drua will be aiming to become the first Fijian team to lift the Super Rugby W trophy on home soil.

Leading the side will be captain Kolora Lomani at halfback, partnering Varanisese Qoro in the halves. Veteran prop Karalaini Naisewa, the club’s most-capped player, will make her 31st appearance for the Drua, while experienced campaigners including Sulita Waisega, Josivini Naihamu, and Litiana Vueti also feature in the starting lineup.

The squad blends experience and emerging talent, with more than half of the match-day 23 set to play in a Super Rugby W Grand Final for the first time.

Among the team’s leaders are foundation players Bitila Tawake, Karalaini Naisewa, and Kolora Lomani who have all captained the club since its inaugural season and will be looking to guide the Drua through a historic occasion in front of a home crowd.

The Drua injury list remains unchanged, with Imesri Nai sidelined by a shoulder injury and Ivamere Rokowati unavailable due to an ankle injury.
