The Supervisor of Elections, Ana Mataiciwa has referred two potential electoral breach cases to Fiji’s Independent Commission Against Corruption.
One involves FijiFirst Party’s leader appointment, where despite a conviction barring him from holding office, Josaia Voreqe Bainimarama remains in position.
The other concerns a complaint against Lynda Tabuya.
