Fijian Holdings Limited (FHL) is warning members of the public against an unauthorised investment scheme being promoted online using the company’s name, logo and corporate branding.
FHL says it has not established, authorised or endorsed the scheme and has reported the matter to the Fiji Police Force.
The company is strongly advising people not to engage with those promoting the scheme, transfer any money, click on links, or provide personal, banking or identification details.
FHL says all legitimate information from the company is issued through its authorised communication channels.
Members of the public who receive investment-related information carrying FHL’s name are being urged to verify it directly with the company.
Anyone who has already transferred money or provided personal or financial information is advised to immediately contact their bank, financial institution or payment service provider and report the matter to police.
