The Republic of Fiji Military Forces continues to strengthen its defence partnership with Australia through joint training and cooperation initiatives.
Deputy Commander of the Republic of Fiji Military Forces, Humphrey Tawake, visited the Wide Bay Military Training Area in April where he observed an RFMF Company embedded with the Australian Army’s 7th Brigade.
RFMF Force Sergeant Major Joeli Rabuli accompanied Commodore Tawake during the visit.
The engagement highlights the ongoing defence cooperation between Fiji and Australia under the renewed Vuvale Partnership and the Defence Cooperation Program, which continue to strengthen military collaboration between the two countries.
