Ashabhai and Company have joined the list of premier broadcasting sponsors for the Rugby World Cup, the most anticipated competition in the world, which is now less than a month away.

Ashabhai and Company have a history of backing rugby.

By collaborating with Fiji Television Limited to broadcast live coverage of the 2023 Rugby World Cup, the business powerhouse has now made another significant stride.

Fiji TV’s Acting General Manager Poonam Nandani says they are thrilled with Ashabhai and Company for embarking on this incredible journey with Fiji TV.

She says the company’s generous vision and commitment to our commitment are truly inspiring and Fiji TV is honored to have them on board as one of the major sponsors.

Ashabhai’s main concern is making sure ardent rugby supporters can see their top teams and players perform in France.

The Executive director of Ashabhai and Company Kishan Patel says Ashabhai and Company have sponsored the Fijiana team and recently the Battle of the Giants football tournament, and they like to line themselves with sporting events and they like to get involved with the community.

He says this partnership was a great opportunity for them because partnering with Fiji TV which will bring live coverage on the free-to-air channel, the Rugby World Cup, is a great opportunity for them to get behind and support the Fiji Water Flying Fijians.

This partnership is undoubtedly a boost for Fiji Television Limited and will help the broadcasting rights holders of the Rugby World Cup continue to bring rugby into every home in Fiji.

The Rugby World Cup kick-off on 9th September in France.
