The Swire Shipping Fijian Drua will host eight home matches in the 2027 Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific season, giving local fans the opportunity to watch nearly every team in the competition play on Fijian soil.

The full 2027 draw was unveiled today, marking the Drua’s sixth season in Super Rugby Pacific. Home venues are yet to be confirmed, although the franchise now has three potential host grounds following recent matches at HFC Bank Stadium in Suva, Churchill Park in Lautoka, and Four R Stadium in Ba.

The Drua will open their campaign at home against the Highlanders on February 13 before traveling to Sydney to face the NSW Waratahs a week later. They return home to host the Queensland Reds on February 27.

Among the standout home fixtures are clashes against the Blues, Western Force, defending champions the Hurricanes, ACT Brumbies, Crusaders and Waratahs. The Chiefs are the only Super Rugby Pacific team not scheduled to play in Fiji during the regular season.

A marquee Friday night showdown against the reigning champion Hurricanes is scheduled for April 30, while another highly anticipated Friday night encounter against the Crusaders will take place on May 21.

Jack Mesley, CEO of Super Rugby Pacific, said the 2027 draw was designed to build on the competition’s recent growth and provide fans with more meaningful matches throughout the season.

The Drua will finish their regular season home schedule by hosting the Waratahs on May 29 before travelling to Perth to face the Western Force on June 4.

The season will also feature a revamped finals series, with the top six teams qualifying. The top two teams will advance directly to the semifinals, while teams ranked third and fourth will host sudden-death elimination finals. The 2027 Super Rugby Pacific Grand Final is scheduled for June 26.
