During their visit to Washington DC to attend the 22nd Annual Transforming Transportation 2025 Conference, Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Tourism & Civil Aviation, Salaseini Daunibuna, and CEO of the Roads Transport Authority, Apisai Ketenilagi, paid a courtesy call to Ambassador Vuidreketi at the Fiji Embassy.
The conference, hosted by the World Bank and the World Resources Institute (WRI), brings together global leaders to discuss innovative transportation solutions for developing countries, with a strong focus on sustainability and achieving development goals.
Fiji’s participation aims to contribute to global conversations on transportation strategies that promote both environmental sustainability and economic growth.
