The Fiji Water Flying Fijians continue to sharpen their preparations ahead of the opening Test against Wales, combining physical intensity with deeper game understanding during their latest camp in Cardiff.

The squad spent valuable time with former World Rugby 15s High Performance Match Official Manager Alain Rolland, taking part in a dedicated Laws Session. The engagement provided players with greater clarity around modern rule interpretations, helping refine on-field decision-making ahead of the international clash.

Following a focused team meeting at their hotel, the Flying Fijians wasted no time getting onto the training paddock at Cardiff Met. The session formed part of a demanding schedule, with two field trainings planned as the team ramps up its preparations.

Since arriving in camp last week, the squad has maintained a strong emphasis on purpose, discipline, and national pride. Each session — whether in the gym or on the field — has been geared towards building cohesion and fine-tuning performance levels.

While there may have been little activity on official channels, the work behind the scenes has been relentless.

Now, with preparations intensifying, the Flying Fijians are ready to offer a glimpse into the commitment and effort driving their campaign as they gear up for the challenge against Wales.
