The Fiji National University, through its National Training & Productivity Centre (NTPC), has entered into a new partnership with the Real Estate Agents Licensing Board to strengthen professional standards and build workforce capability within Fiji’s real estate industry.

The Memorandum of Understanding was officiated by Esrom Immanuel, who described the agreement as an important investment in the country’s future.

Under the partnership, FNU and REALB will work together to develop industry-focused training and continuing professional development programmes designed to equip real estate professionals with practical skills, up-to-date knowledge and strong ethical standards.

The collaboration is also expected to strengthen the connection between higher education and industry, helping to develop a more skilled workforce, boost consumer confidence and promote a more professional, ethical and productive real estate sector in Fiji.
