Athletics Fiji has announced the launch of the first-ever Ignite Camp 2025, a high-performance program aimed at accelerating the development of the nation’s top athletic talents.
Running from 14–16 May at Suva’s HFC Bank Stadium, the three-day camp will bring together over 70 of Fiji’s most promising athletes from young teens to elite competitors for intensive technical training, athlete education, and performance assessments.
The camp also includes team-building sessions to foster unity and competitive edge.
This initiative marks the beginning of Fiji’s preparations for major upcoming international events, including the Pacific Mini Games Palau 2025 and the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Participants have been invited alongside their coaches, with accommodation and travel arrangements to be handled by those based outside Suva.
