In Fiji:
Labasa football team continued its winning run in the Digicel Fiji Premier League competition.
Babasiga Lions defeated Nadi 2-nil at Prince Charles Park in Nadi last night.
Christopher Wasasala scored a brace of goals to see his Labasa side return with maximum points in the bag.
The win sees Labasa climb to fourth place in the Premier League with 22 points while Nadi slipped to fifth place with 19 points.
This was Labasa’s second straight win under new coach Sanjesh Lal.
