Tikotoker, Ana Masere who is alleged to have posted derogatory and harmful contents online appeared in the Lautoka High Court this week.
Masere is charged with 2 counts of causing harm by posting an electronic communication, and 2 counts of indecently annoying or insulting another person
The charges stem from an alleged TikTok video posted by the accused containing derogatory comments about another individual, who reportedly attempted suicide following the post.
The State and Defence are yet to finalise their Pre-Trial issues.
The PTC hearing will be called on the 21st of October.
Masere is currently on bail.
