In a statement issued today, the Ministry acknowledged the incident, stating that it has highlighted areas for improvement and reaffirming its commitment to swiftly addressing the issue.

Officials assured the public that a thorough review is underway to determine the cause of the delay and to implement preventative measures to avoid future occurrences.
