New Swire Shipping Fijian Drua head coach Brad Mooar says it is too early to discuss major changes at the club as he begins his assessment of the team.

Mooar has made it clear that his immediate priority is gaining a deeper understanding of the Drua’s recent performances and working closely with players and staff to establish a clear direction for the future.

He acknowledged that any decisions regarding the team’s development will be made collectively, emphasizing the importance of building on the foundations already in place.

While some adjustments may be introduced, Mooar said certain aspects of the club’s culture and approach will remain unchanged as the Drua continue their preparations for the upcoming Super Rugby Pacific season.

The former All Blacks assistant coach is expected to spend the coming weeks reviewing performances and identifying key areas for improvement as the team looks to bounce back stronger in 2027.
