Judgment in the murder trial of 31-year-old Anare Vuli has been adjourned until this Friday after the Court was informed the decision was not yet ready.
Vuli appeared before Justice Pita Bulamainaivalu this morning in the Suva High Court.
The State alleges that on September 8, 2023, Vuli stabbed Shabreen Shain Ali with a broken bottle following a heated argument before allegedly stuffing a condom filled with cloth into her mouth and strangling her to death.
Vuli is represented by lawyers from the Legal Aid Commission.
