Netball Fiji concluded its first round of the FinanceHub Super League after Suva, Nasinu, Nadi and Lautoka hosted their first home games while Tailevu, Nadroga, and the two Baby Pearls Team played their first away matches.

The season began in a competitive first round of matches with tightly contested games across the venues.

Nadroga secured their first win of the season against Nadi with a 40-37 win, while the Suva Swifts IGA managed to overcome a spirited Baby Pearls Team Kikau 62-42.

The second day of round 1 saw a strong start for the Baby Pearls Team Kacau after upsetting a well-experienced Nasinu Tactics team in a close and electrifying matchup 53-51 at the FMF Gymnasium.

The Lautoka Stars displayed a dominant performance over Tailevu Doves in the last game of round 1 with a strong finish 60-33 at the Lautoka Multipurpose Court.

Round 2 of games will be held this weekend.
