The President Ratu Wiliame Maivalili Katonivere received members of the Leadership Fiji Team at the State House yesterday.

As members embark on leadership roles within their respective organizations, the familiarisation visit provided them with an opportunity to learn more about leadership qualities and roles.

When making decisions, Katonivere encouraged those seeking leadership positions to show respect, be more committed, and be firm.

In addition, President Katonivere shared his experiences in the various ministries and organisations he has served in and urged the members to treat one another with respect, be honest, and more importantly, be disciplined.
