The 56th R.C. Manubhai Ba Open Golf Tournament concluded successfully over the weekend, bringing together golfers from around the country for a showcase of skill, competition and sportsmanship.

Backed by longstanding sponsor R.C. Manubhai, the tournament once again provided a platform for golfers to test their abilities while strengthening connections within Fiji’s golfing community.

Shakeel Pillay emerged as the standout performer, claiming the Overall Gross title after an impressive display across the tournament. Ravendra Lal finished as the Overall Gross runner-up. In the Overall Nett category, Mohd Ali secured top honours, while Damon Chen was named runner-up.

The Women’s Division also featured strong performances, with Raina Kumar winning the Overall Gross title and Lynn Natividad taking out the Overall Nett category.

In the Professional Category, Roneel Prakash claimed first place, finishing ahead of Tomasi Tuivuna, who secured second position.

R.C. Manubhai congratulated all winners and participants, while acknowledging the efforts of the tournament’s organizing committee, officials and supporters whose contributions helped deliver another successful event.
