In Fiji:
Acting Attorney-General and Minister for Justice Siromi Turaga has resigned.
Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka confirming that he has accepted the resignation.
The resignation comes amid controversy surrounding an explicit video reportedly posted on Turaga’s Facebook Story last Friday before it was removed.
Turaga has not publicly responded to the controversy.
Rabuka said the Solicitor General’s office will be providing legal advice to government.
