Three suspended police officers jointly charged with the alleged murder of 24-year-old Lami Police Constable Peniasi Racagi will take their plea on November 17.
Simione Rokosemudu, Iowane Sukanaisoro and Ilisoni Waqa appeared before Suva High Court Judge Daniel Goundar today, where their bail application was rejected following an objection by the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Constable Racagi was found dead along the Lami foreshore on February 22 this year.
It is alleged that the three officers murdered Constable Racagi following an altercation.
