The Tertiary Scholarships and Loans Service (TSLS) has confirmed that scholarship applications for Semester 2 and Quarter 3 new intakes will not be accepted, following the full allocation of scholarship funding for the 2025–2026 financial year.

With all available scholarships now committed, applications from new students have been placed on hold until the next intake period in 2027.

The announcement does not affect students who are already receiving TSLS sponsorship. Continuing scholarship recipients will retain their funding and remain supported under their existing awards.

TSLS thanked prospective applicants for their understanding and said it looks forward to assisting a new cohort of students when scholarship applications reopen in the next application cycle.
