In Fiji:
Withdrawn from the OFC Men’s Nations Cup 2024 in Vanuatu and Fiji this month is New Caledonia.
The Group A matches between the Pacific Games champions and New Zealand, Vanuatu, and the Solomon Islands were scheduled to take place at Port Vila, Vanuatu.
Because to the current situation in New Caledonia, the Fédération Caledonienne de Football (FCF) has decided to remove the national team from the competition.
New Zealand, the Solomon Islands, and co-host Vanuatu will now be in Group A.
Together with co-host Fiji, Papua New Guinea, Tahiti, and Samoa make up Group B in Suva.
Each group’s top two teams move on to the Port Vila semifinals.
