In Fiji:
The death of a 29-year-old man on the morning of the 4 May in his Caubati home has been classified as murder.
The victim when he arrived home the night before his death, had complained of body pains, and had visible injuries.

When the deceased victim’s partner woke up, she heard him struggling to breathe, however, attempts made to revive him were futile.
A post mortem was conducted to ascertain the cause of death and the case has been classified as murder.
Investigators are following leads as they try to establish the circumstances surrounding the victim’s death.
