In Fiji:
A female is the latest fatality on our road.
The accident which occurred around 02.15pm this afternoon at Nadi back road where the victim was heading towards Nadi Town.
The victim was in a vehicle registration EX 816 collided with an oncoming overtaking vehicle which was driven by a 32 year old man.
The victim and her 62 year old female driver was rushed to Nadi Hospital where she was pronounced dead on arrival.
The 62 year old female driver is currently being admitted for observation.
Investigation into the accident is underway.
