Adi Cakobau Sprint queen, Domitila Naita won the school’s first gold medal this afternoon after finishing first in the senior girls 100m final of the 2024 Fiji Finals Coca-Cola games.
Naita clocked a time of 12.72 seconds ahead of Sereima Rasovasova of Jasper Williams High School who settles for silver with a time of 12.85 seconds.
Iva Fifita of Suva Grammar School finishes in third place with a time of 13.03 seconds.
The last time ACS won gold in the senior girls 100m finals was in 2019.
Meanwhile, Suva Grammar School’s Semesa Cagivalu won the senior boys blue ribbon event with a time of 10.47 seconds.
Aisake Manna of Suva Grammar finished second with a time of 10.68 seconds and Queen Victoria Senirusui Rauqe won bronze with a time of 10.73seconds.
