In Fiji:
The driver and 2 passengers from a private car involved in a major accident on the Queen’s Road near Nadonumai early this morning are admitted at the Colonial War Memorial Hospital.
Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro says their status will be confirmed once the traffic team gets more information from medical authorities.
The car was involved in an accident with a truck.
The accident resulted in the Suva-Lami-Wailekutu area being gridlocked with vehicles sitting in traffic for more than 3 hours.
