Fijians will be able to fly direct to Dallas, Texas, beginning December 10 this year, after the announcement by Fiji Airways of direct non-stop flights from Nadi.
In a special press conference this morning, the national carrier announced the introduction of the first ever 13-hour non-stop flights between Nadi, Fiji and Dallas Fort Worth International Airport in Texas, USA, aboard state-of-the-art Airbus A350-900XWB aircraft.
Fiji Airways said the aircraft would feature 301 economy class seats, which recently won Best Economy Class in Australia and Pacific at the SKYTRAX World Airline Awards 2024, and 33 business class lie-flat, all aisle access, seats.
And to celebrate the milestone, the national carrier announced special introductory return airfare of FJD$1,699.
