Innertech Electrical Pte Ltd is set to open its second location in the Babasiga town, after signing
its lease to a shop space at the much awaited Damodar City Labasa centre.

Company Director, Rishi Ram, said that the company was looking to expand its business in
Labasa for some time now.

“We’ve been looking for a second location for a specialized tools and machinery store. We have growing demand from customers for a wider range of construction, automotive and agricultural tools to be available in Labasa.

Damodar City Labasa is the best location for us as it is a new modern shopping centre with a variety of shops and with a lot car-parking that will make it easier for our customers to get to and they can visit other shops while at that location.”

The new Innertech store will sell a wide range of hand cordless power tools, automotive tools
(socket sets, wrenches, spanner sets, etc), agricultural processing machines, brush cutters,
generators and other light machinery.

The store concept is described as one with modern display shelving, great lighting and a spacious shopping experience. Customers can find tools and equipment from popular brands including Total, Ingco, Hoteche, Billtuff, Global and InTough.

Damodar City Labasa’s Manager Projects for Development and Leasing indicated the increasing
interest for shop spaces in the new shopping centre.

“We have signed up a good variety of shops to meet the greater demand in Vanua Levu. We have still huge interest from businesses and individuals in Labasa for foodcourt outlets, which we will be shortlisting and signing up soon.

We are looking through interests for a hair and beauty salon, footwear shop and a wine & dine Chinese
restaurant.”

Damodar City’s Supermarket Wing is scheduled to open at the end of the year.
