Adverse weather conditions has affected four Fiji Airways flights scheduled between Nadi and Savusavu today,5 May.

As a result aircraft’s were not able to land and flights FJ109 and FJ157 from Nadi to Savusavu had to turn back to Nadi. This affected the return leg of the two flights, FJ110 and FJ156.

Fiji Airways is currently making arrangements to operate supplementary flights so that affected customers are able to reach their destination at the earliest.

The affected customers will be advised of their revised travel itinerary via the contact details provided at the time of their booking.

The local carrier apologises for any inconvenience caused and stresses that the safety of passengers and crew is paramount.
