In Fiji:
The Suva Magistrate’s court has transferred the case of the 38-year-old unemployed man of Vatuwaqa charged for murder to the High Court in Suva.
Koroi Seru is charged for murdering 32-year-old manager, Javed Ali after a fight broke out during a drinking party around on New Years Day.
Koroi made his first appearance before Magistrate Yogesh Prasad this afternoon.
Magistrate Prasad has further remanded Koroi for the indictable offense until his nect appearance in the High Court.
The Police Prosecutor has served full disclosures to the accused.
The matter has been adjourned to the 22nd of this month for first appearance at the Suva High Court.
