In Fiji:
Aseri Radrodro has been endorsed as the new Social Democratic Liberal Party Leader at the Annual General Meeting today in Suva.
Speaking to the media after the AGM, Radrodro says he will now preprare to lead the party into the next election in 2026.
Radrodro confirmed that he is happy to be working from the backbench in parliament.
Former Party Leader Viliame Gavoka will remain as Deputy Prime Minister , Minister for Education and Minister for Tourism and Civili Aviation.
Gavoka also endorsed Radrodro as the new leader.
He adds SODELPA will support the coalition government.
