Drua squad for Brumbies

The Swire Shipping Fijian Drua have named their squad for the crucial away match against the Brumbies this Saturday in Round 11 of Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific.

Head Coach Mick Byrne has made ten changes to the squad this week.

In the starting 15, front rower Haereiti Hetet retains his place at loosehead while Tevita Ikanivere returns at hooker.

Veteran prop Mesake Doge remains at tighthead.
Mesake Vocevoce is also back to start with locking partner Isoa Nasilasila in the middle row.

Vilive Miramira returns to the line-up at blindside flanker. The exciting Kitione Salawa starts again at openside while Captain Meli Derenalagi (8) will start at number 8.

Peni Matawalu starts at halfback alongside Isaiah Armstrong-Ravula who retains his place at flyhalf.

Last week’s Home Basics Player of the Match Taniela Rakuro retains his spot on the left wing this week with Junior Ratuva starting on the right.
Michael Naitokani will start at inside centre, with Iosefo Masi (13) outside him. Selestino Ravutaumada shifts to fullback this week to complete the starting 15.

On the bench, Byrne has named Mesu Dolokoto covering at hooker, with props Livai Natave and Samu Tawake as loosehead and tighthead props respectively.
Leone Rotuisolia is replacement lock, while young Motikiai Murray (20) will cover for the flankers. Simi Kuruvoli is back up halfback while Kemu Valetini will provide cover for the inside halves. Ilaisa Droasese will cover the rest of the backline.

The Swire Shipping Fijian Drua vs Brumbies match will kick off at 9.35pm (FJT) at GIO Stadium in Canberra.
