The Education Ministry, in collaboration with the Finance Ministry, is addressing challenges some families are facing in accessing the $200 support.
“As of today, I have been informed that some parents and guardians are still facing challenges to access the $200 Back-To-Support to purchase essential school items for their children.”
Radrodro stressed that Ministry staff at Senikau House in Suva, along with district and divisional offices, are ready to assist.
“I wish to inform everyone that Ministry of Education staff at Leve1, Senikau House in Suva will readily assist you along with officials from the district and divisional offices.”
He also clarified that the application forms, to be verified by school heads, had a deadline of 13 December, 2024.
“The students who were enrolled in Year 12 in 2024 at their respective schools were required to fill in the 2025 Back – To – School Support assistance form and drop it at their respective school prior to the closing date – 13 December, 2024.
